Pickled Tomato

Ingredients

  • 20 kg Tomato
  • 1 kg Peeled garlic
  • 12 l White vinegar
  • 30 l Warm water
  • 1.5 kg Salt
  • Garlic (if wanted)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Wash the tomato properly.

Mix the vinegar with warm water (30 C) and salt

Place the tomato in a container or jar, add the garlic.

Fill it up with the vinegar mixture.

Close it properly (air free).

Keep it for about a week.
