Ingredients

  • 2 kg Plain yogurt
  • 50 gr Salt
  • Mint
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Stir the salt into the yogurt.

Place the yogurt into big piece of double cloth.

Pull corners up and tie tightly.

After press it by something heavy on the top to take the water out.

Leave it hang overnight, when well drained it will be have the consistency of cottage.

Remove the cloth. Slice mint very fine, bring it to the taste with salt and pepper.

Add on top some good extra virgin olive oil.
