Current home of Chef Hamish is here at Jogakbo restaurant located in Andaz Seoul Gangnam. Hamish brings a part of Australia to Korea in his dishes. As Jogakbo is a Korean word meaning patchwork. Jogakbo restaurant itself is a patchwork of different dining experiences joined together to form one overall space.
