Lamb Ouzi Marination

Ingredients

  • 2000 g Yogurt
  • 50 g Garlic
  • 50 g Lemon juice
  • 200 g Onion slice
  • 20 g Herb parsley flat
  • 5 g Herb thyme
  • 10 pc Bay leaf
  • 20 g Black pepper
  • 10 g White pepper
  • 10 g Cinnamon
  • 25 g All spice
  • 10 g Nutmeg
  • 10 g Cardamom
  • 1 Cup vegetable oil

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all the ingredients together and marinate the lamb for 24 hours.

Cook it in the oven for 2 hours at 120C, another hour at 160C, then check.
