Lamb Ouzi Marination

Ingredients

2000 g Yogurt
50 g Garlic
50 g Lemon juice
200 g Onion slice
20 g Herb parsley flat
5 g Herb thyme
10 pc Bay leaf
20 g Black pepper
10 g White pepper
10 g Cinnamon
25 g All spice
10 g Nutmeg
10 g Cardamom
1 Cup vegetable oil

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all the ingredients together and marinate the lamb for 24 hours.

Cook it in the oven for 2 hours at 120C, another hour at 160C, then check.
