Cauliflower Pickles

Ingredients

  • 20 kg cauliflower
  • 1 kg beet root
  • 12 lt white vinegar
  • 30 lt water worm
  • 1.5 kg salt

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the cauliflower into small flowers shape and blanch it for 3 minuets only.

Mix the vinegar with worm water 30c and salt.

Replace the cauliflower into plastic container add the beef root to give the red color.

Fill it up with the water and vinegar.

Close the container properly.

Keep it for one week to be cooked.
